Make sure you control the only set of keys for the garage. She seems like a real person trying to raise money, but you can never be sure who has access to your baby.

Just remember that it doesn't matter what kind of insurance they have, if you want insurance to cover theft, fire, vandalism, etc., you need to have the coverage on your bike's policy.

And probably a lot smaller for equivalent money. The garage makes more sense if you want more than just a single bike in there.

single car garage where I had some stuff parked was $215 month, part of a large storage facility. Not heated but clean, behind a coded gate and I had the only access to my unit with a combo lock.
And I got reciepts if that helps anybody (did me)
