Chances are a 16 year old would be more probable to get into an accident than a 25 year old. When you think about it, in high school kids tend to want to show off and do stupid things while they're at it which cause accidents.
That's exactly what I'm saying. Yes, teens are more probable to get into an accident, but that doesn't mean it's definite. Why should those that come out with a clean record for years have to pay ridiculous rates when they've done nothing wrong? By your mentality, it would be fine for a cop to pull you over and give you a speeding ticket even if you weren't speeding. Reason being that speeding is the most commonly broken law in North America, so here's the ticket just in case/when you do speed. ****** THAT!
