anyone know a shop in toronto that can install my gorilla alarm for a reasonable price?

I did mine for my bro's bike in about 30 mins ... i used nothing but basic tools ...
Very easy install. Frekeyguy did mine. If you're not confident at all get him to do it. Should take him only a few minutes.

Maybe it's to deter people sitting on it when parked at the mall/movies...or to get attention when someone backs into it...
Think of it this way: At least some attention is being called to the guys, who are taking 5 minutes to cut your chain before taking your bike.

the bf installed one on his bike...not that hard...
My Gorilla just took a screwdriver and my bike's key.
It has a velcro that holds it in place behind the battery/under passenger seat, and the tilt sensor also has its own velcro as well.
Then the 2 wires go to the battery terminals and.......voilà!
The rest is just programming the remote and setting your sensitivity which is clearly explained in the manual.

Yes TD insurance requires it on SS bikes if you want theft insurance. So I deem the 85 bucks for a gorilla worth the insurance ability.

where did you find a gorilla alarm for 85 bucks?
I bought it at a local shop ... no names mentioned, I doubt anyone else would get that price, its only because I knew I'm friends with the guy who sold it to me.

Keep in mind that most insurers, who demand that an alarm be installed, want to see a receipt from an 'approved' shop for the installation.
