I'm testing a new HTML5 video player to replace the old one (so you won't need to use Chrome or the Chrome HLS plugin), if you could give it a test on computer and mobile if possible: normal montrealSSD server link /CP24 (i.e. instead of /Live/mystream/index.m3u8 the link is just /CP24 ) and let me know how it works.

mgp fp3 file is not finished, including m2 fp3 and so on - last 1080p file: 00000568.ts. there's no problem with 720p.

Looks like some issue on MotoGP's end, no errors or anything, 720p and 1080p streams restarted with a different encryption key and then just stopped! 360p was still going fine, lol. I guess I will have to work on the re-rolling encryption code so that the stream can restart if they reset the key.

Ok, I've re-stream the streams, 720p and 360p looks good but 1080p is missing a lot (i.e. FP3).

Did Moto3 qualifying vanish? The 720p stream goes from the very beginning of Moto2 FP3 and jumps into MotoGP FP4, around 10:13:00 or so.

I got the code done (bash script, lol) to refresh the encryption key automatically if they roll it during the stream. If you see about 60 seconds of the stream repeat when you're watching it DON'T skip ahead of it, that's the key refreshing, if you skip ahead you'll probably run out of buffer at some point. After a few events where they refresh it in the middle of a stream I can tune it so there will be almost no repeat.

So much work, lol

I just checked, and yep, huge skip, freaky. Not something can fix at the moment, but the 1080p should have Moto2 FP3 clean and Moto3 Q1/Q2. Let me know if any problems.

Server is under about 25% total load currently in the middle of the Moto2 race! 82 viewers on the live stream pulling 234mbps out of my upload bandwidth (out of approx 1000mbps)! So looks like I could handle a bit over 300 viewers if it was the same ratio between 1080p/720p/360p.

And look at that data usage, 1.88TB streamed over just the last 4 days! Nuts

...1080p live streaming was a disaster during motoGP race...
...was being stopping every one or two minutes...impossible to watch...
...it was a little better in 720p....stopped for over a minute, two times in the second half of the big race...
...in moto2, moto3, the 1080p was flawless...
...athens, greece, 7610 km , 60 Mbps, in torontoSSD speedtest...

Thanks for the report! Server only reached 55% capacity so it shouldn't have been a load issue but because you're on the other side of the pond I know the speed from here to there goes up and down and up and down so could have been that. A company is offering me a free server in the UK so if you have issues with the Toronto server in the next race I'll send you that link, it should be up by then.
