Motogp 2013

I think its gonna be Pedrosa 1st, Lorenzo crying and whining in 2nd and Marquez in 3rd. Would love to see Marquez win the whole thing but i dont see that happening this year. Can't stand lorenzo lol

Enough with the Honda party - I'm throwing Lorenzo's name in there for a bit of fun. And because in my short tenure as a MotoGP fan, I've loved watching him race.

That being said, I would be just as happy to see either Honda riders take the cake.

I don't personally dislike Lorenzo, and he is the best rider on the track at the moment (from what I can tell). I just don't think the Yamaha is up to the challenge this year.

Lorenzo can be so consistent, but I'm not sure because of the engine issues with Yamaha so far and Honda having the overall better package.

Perdrosa can do it, maybe it will finally be his time? But he always seems to come out as '#2'

Marquez in my opinion still has some learning to do, for sure he will win the Rookie of the Year but I don't think the championship.

Rossi is a long-shot.... I would love if he could win at least one more championship before he retires.

All this being said, if the rider can stay injury/incident free and their bike doesn't have major issues, Lorenzo can win it again. He's just so smooth and can maintain a lead.
 
The chances of a Honda winning the championship just went up dramatically... It's Pedrosa's to lose but I think Marquez is gonna take it on his first try. Not the best way for it to happen though. I'd prefer a fight to the finish.
 
As much as my trading side is telling me to go with 26, I want to see Marky Marc take this thing... and Honda without question

How long is he gone for? BBC says only the next race.

I would expect him to be gone for another 2-3 races...
 
They're saying he'll be back for Germany but I'll be surprised if he'll have the strength to fight for wins for at least a couple of races after that.
 
Gavin Emmett tweeted the following:

"Such a shame for @lorenzo99, but let's think positively… He still won the title last year having left Assen with 0 points."

If Lorenzo can make it back for Germany is one thing, the other if he can still ride the pace of the Hondas.

Crutchlow was having a good run on FP1 and a cautious run on FP2. Hope to see him battle with the Hondas.
I am also hoping Rossi can turn it around.
 
Maybe Rossi will pick up the slack (crosses finger).
