You gotta know what you're getting. I've made two online orders with kapsco. Both times I had the parts within a couple days, exactly as described, packed in bubble wrap and in good boxes. Order $20 mirrors, get $20 mirrors. Order $15 frame sliders, get $15 frame sliders. Simple.
 
I've ordered some mirrors with the LEDs, good price. Needed improvement, which I did. But for the price I can't complain

I performed a report on our website and we have over 60 active feedbacks that are 1 and 2 stars out of 5. However, we will remove feedback with 1) profanity 2) feedback abuse. Amazon and eBay will also remove feedback under these two conditions. Feedback is an essential part for buying and selling online but taking advantage of it is not fair to the seller.

i ordered turn signals from them, they were out of stock and the order was taking too long, so i decided to cancel.

i ordered the parts from kapsco website. their costumer service was fine when i called to cancel. and the money was refunded on my credit card within a few days.

i ended up going directly to the store to decide on the product.

never modify a bike to fit a $20 part. ALWAYS modify the $20 part to fit the bike!

i also purchased spool from them and they arrived roughly in 3 days, very quick and good price the product looks good too. Than i order some fender eliminator from them which I will see the quality when they arrive, other than that positive feedback from me, as I ordered the wrong product and I called in and they helped me cancel it on the spot.
 
Bought a pair of cheap mirrors from them to replace the old, rattling aftermarket mirrors on my FJ600. Totally decent product for the price, they look good and don't rattle.

Plus you get a nice whiff of Chinese manufacturing goodness when you open the box, it's like an adventure for the nose.
 
Never had any issues with Kapscomoto. Only purchased in-store and always set my expectations appropriately for cheaper, no-name products. So far everything I've purchased from them have exceeded my expectations. I agree they're a little hard to reach over the phone sometimes but it's a small shop and I've never seen more than 2 or 3 people working there. Btw the stands work just fine.
