Mgp growler vs yoshimura????

That's the way we like it :p

EWWWWWW> But it's not like a Ducati or even an SV650...at least those sound nice with a pipe. A ninja 250 with a pipe sounds like a John Deere garden tractor with it's muffler rotted off. No pipe would ever sound good on a Ninja 250......the small bore and nature of the engine's firing order prevent it from ever being a nice sounding bike.

If you are looking for aggressive look of exhaust then go with Growler exhaust. This exhaust has deep growl of performance, aerodynamic styling and great power, will give you the look of MotoGP prototype.

Haha, I totally agree. At times its sounds like my edge trimmer at full rpm. But then again, us 250 riders don't have much of a choice if we want some sound. We know its not gonna sound the greatest, but at least its better than the sewing machine stock pipe lol

Baseball card in the spokes

Save your money
parallel twins whether on ninja250 or any other mcycle, sound like a lawn mower
Its their inherent firing order , not much you can do about it

lol :p It's not my CCM bicycle. Its a motorcycle, a 250. Why so much hate lol. I have a bigger bike too ;)

oh no hate at all. I even love 50cc Ruckuses! (I'm in the market for a beater soon). I'm just teasing in light hearted fun.

I'm also remarking on our inbred nostalgic "need" to supe up what ever we ride, from streamers on our big wheels, to baseball cards in our big boy bikes, to Termis on our Ducs.....it's all good!

I have a stock and love the sound...don't see the need of a different pipe on that bike is just not meant to sound different... your teenage hormones got the best of you ppl!!

nothing worst than a "racer" sound for a bike that wont go above 160!!

Besides reality is, loud pipes are as useless as hi-viz vest. Only get 1 of 100 drivers attention the right way, for the other 99 drivers practice safe riding!

I'm looking to put termis on my 796 lol but I think the neighbours already hate me. The stock ones are louder than I thought

Yeah sorry Im gonna have to agree. I don't know your riding background but I'd say save the loot and spend it towards gear or maintenance instead. Most (not all) 125/250 riders end up selling the bike within a season or two once they gain some riding experience so I think the exhaust is kinda a waste of money. If you are hell bent on making it louder then I will have to say yosh just because of fit and finish

+100000

poster seems to be under the impression that reflective piping on her helmet will also increase her visibility .... sure, people who PAY ATTENTION might notice your high vis gear or fancy helmet, they MIGHT even hear your bee's nest exhaust droning in the background, but those aren't the people you need to worry about on the road....it's the ones who are applying their make up or swatting at their kids in the back seat or baking a cake or shaving their legs or doing whatever it is that causes them to be so distracted that they miss gigantic objects like fire trucks with their sirens wailing...

spend the money on rider training and the best gear (most protective) if you're really that safety-conscious OP
