Hey guys. Sorry I am new here.
I might be posting this in the wrong section.

I need help with my sports bike won't start.

Any recommendations for repair shop in Mississauga? Been calling Riders choice and getting sorry we are currently busy message.

Make, model, year, please.

If you are not hearing the fuel pump prime, I am ASSuming it has fuel injection. If that's the case, your next challenge is to identify the electrical plug which leads to the fuel pump assembly in the bottom of the fuel tank, unplug it, and find out if you are getting power and ground to the appropriate pins on the chassis side of the harness plug under the circumstances when the pump should be running (normally, a few seconds after key-on, and while cranking). Another test is to supply power and ground to the correct pins on the pump side of the harness plug, and see if the pump runs, thus overruling the control signals.

Power available to harness side of plug but pump doesn't run = fuel pump NG. Replace.
No power to harness side of plug means the control circuit isn't commanding it to run, which requires further investigation to find out why.

And roughly where are you located in case some friendly Mississauga GTAM'er is willing to come look at it for you? In the meantime, post a video from the moment you turn the key on showing the dash, and sound enabled so we can hear everything. Then try starting it and capture that as well so we can hear what it is/isn't doing.

I went to KMM on Tomken road. They seemed to know their way around all 2 wheelers.

Hello Everyone. Thanks for Amazing replies. Both in showing me how to repair (Brian) and shop recommendations (All others.) I have decided to go with Steve - Motorcycle Mechanic. (Thanks Relax.)

Here is where I got stuck. Set up a time with Steve. Called and booked my Tow with CAA.

CCA showed up. Right from the start the guy seemed like he was annoyed. He immediately ran to the back of the bike and took pic of plate. I had not taken my old sticker off.

Says to me..I need to see your Insurance!
I told him, I don't have it. That's why I need to take it to mechanic and get it ok to run and make sure she is safe.

No insurance No tow he says.
Get this....Then he said....Unless you pay!
I said what?

He immediately called CCA....put them on speaker phone....Girl on phone says yeah yeah...we need Insurance.

Also while he is holding for CAA, he asked me for destination....goes oh that's only 20 Km. I am like....what difference does that make? I am covered for 200.

Then he starts to go away smiling. I told him....well it's your loss.

His reply....Nope...I got paid!

I called CAA back....They used one of my tow call without touching my bike.

So disheartening guys.

So my next question, you guys know anyone in towing. I called a number they wanted $320 for 20km in Mississauga.

Can we get a rough location of where the bike is now? Perhaps someone has a trailer, truck, or van, and a bit of spare time.

I have a trailer and can possibly help you transport.
All depends on timing.
Would you need it to be dropped off only and possibly picked up another time?
Or dropped of and wait while it's fixed and trailered back.

Also. If you provide more details on the bike and a video I am sure we can help you troubleshoot and possibly fix the issue

Take your sticker off. They're useless at this point anyway. Push your bike to the nearest parking lot and then call

I am booked solid tomorrow. Plus I have to check to make sure the mechanic is taking bikes again and what time. Thank you, I'll be in touch.
