My wife went to high school with Mike Oberle, lead singer for Lulu's Roadhouse band. Company i worked for for 25 years hired the band for our xmas parties a few times.
Ahhh Lulus! Northern Pikes, Alice Cooper, Sass Jordan, Alana Myles. The list is very long.
 
Jim Steinman, who wrote Meat Loaf's songs died last year in April too. He was the man behind the music for many bands. Meat Loaf and his band were interesting, what I categorize into the Rocky Horror Picture Show era. Meat Loaf was the character Eddie in the movie. I always liked their theatrical style of songs. I thought the entire band lineup was very talented, and I appreciated the kind of symphonic percussion their drummer brought to rock&roll. He was an anti-vaxxer and it appears he may have paid for that choice. No guarantee it would have save him, but surely he would have had a better fighting chance.
