Meat Loaf

That is sad especially considering when I saw the title of the thread, I thought you were sharing a recipe. I kinda forgot about how Meat Loaf sang about his experience on a motorcycle ride with a bad ending.

I remember seeing Meatloaf live twice -- once as a teenager at the El Mo, and again in the early 90s at MLG -- both concerts were awe inspiring.

BTW @ifiddles please don't take my comment about the recipe seriously, I know you're much too cool to be doing something like sharing meat loaf recipes. A post like yours is appreciated, I don't really watch the news much anymore.

Too bad. I enjoyed his music and have fond memories of slow dancing with my elementary and high school crushes.

RIP big man.

Wow!
Seeing him at the Elmo would have been crazy!
I’ve played on that stage many times.

Dear <BAGGSY>

This morning you received our weekly "Recipe of the Week" email, which is sent to you every Friday.

In today's email we highlighted a grilled meatloaf recipe. At the time we shared this recipe with you, we were not aware of the unfortunate passing of American singer and actor Mr. Marvin Lee Aday, also known as Meat Loaf.

We want to express our deepest apologies for this oversight and for any offense this email may have caused.

We send our condolences to Mr. Aday's family and fans.

Thank you for understanding.

Think half my hearing loss when I was bartending at LuLu's in 1988 and he played.

Worked the night with pieces of napkins stuffed in my ears

I used to hang around Yonge Station and the Gasworks in the late 70's early 80's and have no idea which bands came through those small venues at the time.

I was on the road when Bat out of Hell came out and limited to an AM radio . I hated that album by the end of summer .

Still remember the hot girl in the ‘I would do anything for love’ video. Ah memories.
