May 7th @ SMP!

Beautiful day on the track today (for most).

Should be good to for the next time out. Bodywork is going for paint tomorrow, then it's off to Johnny's to give it a once over.

Ahta boy - It does wonders to your riding to know you are not invincible

That's not my approach when I go to the track or riding in general. I screwed up, I know what I did wrong and I know what not to do the next time out.

And I didn't get any frickin cookies btw!

Beauty of a day, great way to start the season!

Mina - you'll bounce back, I was stugling with turn 3 all day too.

That was more of a comment to myself than to you lol. Hope you are feeling better today.

Doh, that sucks... hope you're okay.

So what exactly happened? Run wide on turn 3 into the sand? Tuck the front at apex?

All is well, thanks for asking.

I was trail braking and was about to pass the rider in front of me after he went wide. He cut right across to over correct and as I saw him coming, I panicked and touched the front brakes. This happened after I was done trail braking and setting myself up for the corner, bike didn't like it. Stupid mistake and lesson learned.

It sounds like you did the right thing, I mean you avoided a collision. One down is better than two. So what do you think you could you have done differently, just not tried the pass at all?

Get the **** out of intermediate as soon as I can! Lol

I definitely overreacted and probably would've been fine had I not touched the brakes.
