No it's from the big pipe on a small bike. Those bikes should be seen not heard.

+1 for Downtown streetcar tracks, especially when it's just rained or light drizzle. Like riding on ice.

He's responsible for falling off his bike when he shouldn't have.
If you fall off, you've lost control of the bike, and it doesn't always go down with you.
Driver is responsible for making a u-turn when he shouldn't.
If I fell off my bike every time someone else made a mistake, I'd be off it more than on.

Nice statistics.
We should still be left the choice to buy a motorcycle with or without ABS.
It should be my decision.
Or, if we cannot have that option, a switch to turn it off.
In wet conditions I may actually turn ABS on, probably not, but there may be wet show conditions that may compel me to turn it on.

on my versys 1000 i can turn off the ABS, i choice to leave it turned on for insurance reasons
