Markham area riders

Hey EC, that day I was waving you down so you pull into the gas station. I was saying buy to the rest of them and was going back to the city....I was gonna ride back with you.... what route did you take?

Awww man... good thing you didn't come with me lol.
I took Hwy 23 , but part of it was shut down and I took a detour down Consession 7 which turned into a pure gravel road for god knows how many km's (the type of gravel that are large pieces and turn your tires white). I thought I could just ride it out, but after a couple S curves and a downhill sharp turn, I turned my bike around and headed to where I started. Then I shared a good laugh with a Durham cop, found Brock Road and headed home. Took me at least half an hour to get out of that jam alone.
 
Got a full tank of gas, and need to empty it so I can fill up by adding stabil. Anyone up for a short ride? Stouffville/uxbridge/posrt perry run?

Damn... I just checked GTAM and saw your post. I went out around 2pm and just got back... sorry we missed each other.

Today was the first day out for me. I'll be keeping an eye out on this thread from now on.

We use too meet up at leslie and major mac by the timmies...

not sure what's happening anymore...Just moved into Stouffville (from Markham)

But this WK...GREAT WEATHER!
 
Doing a short zig zag ride through Markham/Richmond Hill that runs for about 30 minutes. I won't be eating but I'll end the ride at a nice plaza that's not too crowded and has Tim's, Yogen Fruz, and Thai Express if you're hungry (plaza on 16th between Leslie and 404).

If interested come to Sir Wilfrid Laurier P.S. parking lot at 7:00pm

Hey there.... I'm from Stouffville also, and last year we met at the timmies on major mac and 48 before heading up north on group rides. We also met at the plaza on woodbine and 16th ( I actually am opening a store there) but T&T just opened and there's a lot of traffic.

There's also a new timmies at major mac and kennedy, but they are still doing construction there.
 
Once I open my business I will only have late evenings and Sundays off. Does anyone want to set up a weekly meet?
 
Yeah it does get packed. Good thing T&T has their own section. I find it does quiet down in the evenings and throughout the day the timmies area never gets crazy busy.

I'm opening an Anytime Fitness 24hr gym.
 
Hey Guyz... I'm a new rider. Live in the Mccowan and 14th area. Went for an afterwork ride around Reesor Road/Sewell/Old Finch... Anyone available for a group ride afterwork or know any other better routes?
