That's not high enough to be significant. Top gear had them at 180 something mph and it was off by about 5mph so you at 62mph will be in tenths if anything and unnoticeable. They also don't care if you are specifically a bit under or over (within 10km) as long as you follow the flow properly. Although, I guess it depends on whether you are with MTO or a training class that also does exit.
