I am planning on booking my m2 exit soon and have a few questions such as

Riding a 250 and being a heavy guy my speedo might say i am doing 100 but examiner might see different, how does that work?

What would i be tested on? Also routes for downsview or etobicoke would be great, gives me a chance to pratice

Lastly insurance wise, is there a big chance in premium?

Im pretty sure 100km/hr is 100km/hr no matter weight, vehicle size or anything. I doubt it runs off engine rpm or trans speed but rather tire speed.

I think you need to practice reading a speedometer instead of trying to memorize the testing route.

Speedos are always off by a few km/hr. Makes no diff. But looking at my bike I can see that the speedo is attached to the front wheel. So no matter his size 100km/hr on the speedo is still 100km/hr.

It actually doesn't even matter where the speedo reader is unless the clutch is slipping. x RPM with a y gearing ratio = speed z.

That is true.

Im not trying to be an ass to the op. Im just getting at no matter his weight or size the speedo is correct. Its one less thing he needs to worry about.

What should you do during the m2x if the traffic flow is driving at 120kmh, should you go with the flow of traffic, or never go over the speed limit (making you an obstacle)?

Just do a wheelie so the front wheel is in the air and stops spinning, then you're doing "0" :D

You either have a speedo cable or a speedo sensor that reads the rate of spin on your front/rear tire which will translate this reading into your speedo. Sound just makes your bike seem faster than it really is. If they're following you, 100kmh is 100kmh as all have stated.

follow your speedo and the rules on the road and you'll be fine

If you have not already done so have a read through the M2X sticky it has lots of great information in there for you.

When they check the my bike before I take the test, do they Check the 4 ways? Previous owner broke the button off, it's just gone

If your bike is equipped with four way flashers then you will be expected to use them for your roadside stop portion of the test!

What if I say my bike doesn't have them? There are no labels to indicate them
