m2 exit test, couple questions...

Hey everyone,

I am going for my m2 exit this weekend, and I am kinda nervous, I haven't ridden in a while I am doing the test with R.T.I...

Is it difficult to pass, or is it pretty much in the bag?

Thanks

Based on the info provided.... sounds like its in the bag!

I have a math test in school this week, haven't done any math in a while.... think I'll pass?

I did my m2exit with humber at the start of this month.

The class seems to attract the "oh no my m2 is about to expire" kind of crowd, of which most have very little experience with their actual bike.

I was deemed best in my class by far, and I am no track rider lolol.

The course isn't so much about skill, rather it is about technicalities that keep you legal (eg/ blind spot checks, road side stops, etc).

The course is made so that people in your situation can pass the m2 exit confidently.
Most of my class was Harley riders, older Harley riders. Most were not so good and really didn't know anything about their bikes. They were the types that were scared to lean, go on the highway, slow manuevers, etc.

Bottom line, everyone in my class got their M. And trust me when I say there were some terrible riders.... Terrible at least to someone who is in love with motorcycling and technique etc.

You WILL pass, just relax and have fun!

There are a lot of little details you'll get marked on during the road test that you probably don't do while riding normally: a specific way of checking/signalling before changing lanes, where to stop at an intersection to create the blocking position, roadside stops, etc.). Just pay attention to how they tell you to do it, practice it a bit, and exaggerate everything during the road test. In another thread here, you'll find a copy of the scoresheet used by the examiner to check whether you've done everything right. You may want to take a look at it to see the range of things you'll need to cover.

Thankyou very much for all the responses, except the person who was sarcastic...Is there really a need for that lol..... Its a site to gain insight on things you don't know, not to bash people and make them feel stupid about what type of questions they ask....

I will look for that thread, thankyou :)
