Loving my new Bike

Congrats 500Girlie. Sounds like you got the PERFECT bike for you. Who cares if it is big or small, the IMPORTANT thing is that YOU enjoy riding it, and it seems well suited for your riding experience.

If someone "feels" they need a bigger bike, then good for them. I started out with a 500 MANY MANY years ago, now I prefer the comfort of my cruiser. Enjoy your ride and ride safe.

lol on the 1st reply on this page.

Gratz on the CBR500, that sounds like a great bike to ride =) since you rode your bf's 250 give us a review on now the 500 compare to the 250 =) but the new CBR500 looks really nice good choice and ride safe =)

I couldn't get my new keyboard to do upper case letters. Turns out the shift keys were missing. I didn't know tho because it was a new keyboard and I wasn't familiar with it. Doesn't stop me from giving typing advice though

Can't wait to do a track day and take a picture of myself to post as my avatar. That would surely mean I'm THE BEST.. but still not as good as Jayv.

Doesn't attending a track day mean that you're officially an expert rider?? Oh that and I'll also have to thank some sponsors and list a couple of race bikes as my sig.. along with SOAR # XX NOVICE

When you hit the shift key really hard does the keyboard get all shaky and scare you? Are you sitting in your seat correctly? Might need to check the cable make sure it's tight.

Thats a rare picture, my bike is not usually upright at the track, likes to be on it's side and not due to wind either...lack of talent by myself ;)

How do you plan on taking a picture of yourself? That sounds difficult. I am in fact an expert rider and I can't even do that. I usually get other people to take pictures. (Thats a little expert riding tip for ya for free).

Our cool track avatar pics weren't taken from a helmet mounted GoPro. (Another freebie expert tip)

Sorry my keyboard hi sided.
Did you pull or push the keyboard, and was the front of the keyboard aligned to the back of the keyboard? and how can the front of the keyboard go left when you are pushing right?

Was your keyboard "behaving Unnaturally" I hear that happens!

Don’t get me wrong, the CBR250 is a great bike, but being a female, sometimes I felt I was fighting the wind on the 250, and then I rode CBR500, and I did not feel like that. It’s a Honda, I really can’t go wrong. My BF still loves his 250, especially after he got his racing pipe and I love the 500. It is funny, so many people told me to go to 300, because it was bigger, but again the dif in price between the 300 and 500 was not much.
