I decided to play along and you guys were right, he changed his mind on the payment method last minute.
I told him i just needed to check with my dad who's an rcmp officer to see if it sounded legit

Im sending u this mail to let u know that the delivery guy just confirmed to me that he'll come and deliver u tomorrow at 12 am the 2005 Kawasaki ZX6-R Ninja with all its paperworks(Seller's package,Onwership,Bill of sale) on ur following address :_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _e, Toronto Ontario
I discussed with the delivery guy about the payment and he learned me that he can't accept cash payment from u as he no longer accept to hold cash money with him for any delivery since he has been attacked by armed robbers in return of deliveries and lost a lot of money so he doesn't want to interfere in the payment but just bring u the bike would be his only job.
So a friend advised me since i don't own a bank account yet here in abraod that it would be better to go through Western union Money transfer.
It's a payment method very simple and secure.
You just need to find a Western Union Location near you and ask for sending a money order through Western union,it will take u a few minutes to get it done.
So once at the western union location they will make you fill out a form with my details and then you will deposit the amount of $3500 and pay some fees to get the order submitted so once done u will have in return a slip with a security password that you will choose yourself,it will be a secrete question and a secrete answer so that no one can touch your money deposited at the western union without having the confidential password you would have chosen as it is the key for the seller to pick up the money after the deal is done and the bike has become yours.
So it's that Western union money order slip with the security password you will give to the delivery guy to take possession of the bike on the delivery tomorrow at 12 am.
So this is the only way we can proceed for the payment and let me tell you that sending the money order doesn't mean that you're paying before u see the bike but you are just making a deposit at Western Union and you can get your money back just by cancelling the order at anytime if anything wrong occured about the delivery or if the bike doesn't respond to your convenience.
The money order of the amount of $3500 must be made and ready asap today so i'll confirm it to the delivery guy that everything is ok and the bike will be brought to you tomorrow at 12 am.
So get back to me asap so that i'll send u my details that u need to go to the western union with to get the WU order sent and ready for the delivery.
