Looking for a career!

I think I'm going to go with heavy equipment operator because it makes more money and more hours. Although I would still love to learn how to work on cars/bikes

If you learn how to work on that stuff, working on cars and bikes will come in your spare time quite easily I would bet. I am learning how to do tons of stuff on my own since I started riding. I started on the bike, and now when I work on cars it seems like the fasteners are 3x bigger and the plastic is 10x easier to remove without busting, so it feels pretty easy. On the other hand, I have never had a seized bolt on one of my bikes. Good luck with whatever you do. I wish I was 15 years younger right about now.

I took the Centennial College course and did my co-op paid for 8 months with Toromont Cat. Got hired full time after school was done and have been there 8 years now. Heavy equipment techs are in demand and the money is good. PM me if you want more info.

i'm at Aecon in milton also heavy equipment tech. maybe our paths will cross one day.
