Say what you want about the biebs, but, he's got $$$, and basically does wtf he wants to, so I'm a little envious.

Also, all the PhotoShop in the world won't make me even half as attractive as his before pic. (if you like that type of look, which, obviously, many people do.)

In photoshop, the enhancement/dehancement tool is Liquify. I've used it many times to augment breasts and pinch waists at my work. Women are highly sensitive of their publicity shots and request specific areas to be altered.
