That's what is was supposed to be.
The hard work was getting everything done and ready for Wednesday morning.
Having the ball dropped on the easy part is more than frustrating.
End of story, material is on a truck last Wednesday and doesn't make it to destination until the following Tuesday. Fk me.
Finally picked up yesterday morning in Connecticut ...... arrived at my facility for processing 7:30 PM.
Delivered to customer 8 am Tuesday.
Complete failure
My anger knows no bounds. If I could draw and quarter this vendor I would.
Flagged my new helmet to be shipped by the post office. Later I get a phone call from FedEx in the middle of the drive home from Welland, wanting me to press all kinds of buttons regarding duties and brokerage fees. I hang up. There's nothing on my FedEx tracking about the fees. This was why I flagged it to be shipped by Canada Post. A courier doesn't give a hoot about charging exorbitant amounts to one off customers.
My rail almost always goes through Chicago ( sit for a week) , into CN Toronto ( sit for a week) , then back rail to Brantford where it may take a week to get it pushed down to Caledonia to our siding , unless folks between Caledonia and Brant are restless , then CN won’t risk running anything down the rails , so I pay trucking from north Toronto. So very unhandy.
