Nice thing with the Honda though is you can take advantage of the local dealership $59.88 synthetic oil change special and eyeball the darling new Civic....

Doing a project for Honda right now. Gotta admit, they don't spare any expense. 90% of it is Bosch. :lmao:

It was bought by Rick Hendrick (of NASCAR fame), who collects VIN number 1 cars. He also bought a collection of three Corvettes, VIN number 1 of 1955, 1956, and 1957. I suspect the price tag was pretty much irrelevant.

Hendrick probably has the largest collection of 001 VINs. I was drooling over that lot. The Smoky and the Bandit promo car was meh. Some really nice air cooled Porsches. My brother was showing me some Singer (sp?) Porsches. Nice.

As long as people know what's important, that's the main thing. Dollars shouldn't be part of the narrative.
