I had mine stolen last year. I have the license plate bolt-light, dude removed the nut on the back and then cut ALL the wires in the back half of my bike (so the wires for the plate lights and signals).
Cost me, Can't remember how much, but I was ****** I had to pay for it.
Had to go to the cops and report it and then bring my report in to the MTO.
A few weeks after it was stolen, the cops chased a guy on a SS (they had chased this guy before and he got away a couple times) but this time he messed up and ate it a few KM down the road... Word is he had my stolen plate on his bike.

Downtown....
tell 407 / police right away ... as some people said ... my uncles car had stolen plates, he had to go thru the headache of 407 'cuz they said they were his charges even tho he gave them the police report they still balked for all the charges on it
