Legal HID light limit?

Cheaper to do a retrofit with this kit, also easier as there is 0 need to cut up the back of your headlight housing

I was told by a couple people and a HID manufacture that anything over 8000 kelvin is illegal in canada , and I am pretty sure 10,000k is too bright.

The K is the color of light output not how bright it is, although it seems the range of color between 4-5000 has the best range, I would 6000 or 8000 that way you get a nice white or whites blue light.

if you go lower you will start going yellow, if you go higher you will start going blue, purple, green.. I dont know if bikes have that high of a K lighting its what i found for cars,

Also HTA has it that you can only have a white yellow or amber color light so i would stick to something like 6000k the 8000k starts to go blue Like i said before which might get more 5-0 to look at you if you go higher well then I think you should get a ticket anyways as you lose light range and all for what a color?
