If it is leaking from that bolt that holds your exhaust together you have a serious problem, because if thats the case you have oil coming from inside the engine and going through your exhaust system?

Agreed. You could be experiencing "blow by" and your rings need to be changed.

I think that would also make a mess of the airbox, which would be upstream from that apparent leak also.
