Just got back to Toronto. Long flight with connections and then inexplicably the luggage took an hour and a half to hit the carousel. It's semi amusing, when they announce that it's available twice with nothing in sight, and then remove the flight number from the carousel. I guess it's automated now. Glad to be home now, especially after we scared those sharks in an underwater cave.

One good measure of toilets is it'sMAP score. MAP is a test where they keep increasing the amount of (artificial) crap in the toilet until it doesn't flush anymore.

There is a better test. It involves carrots.

With the heat forecast for today, I thought it would be nice to remind everyone that there's 141 days left until Christmas.

Too early for snow...we'll get to complaining and bitching about it soon enough...
 
since the heat wave broke i've been cold.

Not many benefits to working night shift....except 1. no one in the office 2. the weather is MUCH more bearable during these heat waves. Besides that...no benefit. Unless you're union...then you get a premium per hour.
