KW Burger Nights

Where's @Viciouswheels? Haven't heard from him the whole time.

Hoping to p/u a tube soon and finish spooning the new rubber on before the warm weather. That said I'd flog the 250 into kw before I missed the inaugural meet.

My bike is still in pieces...so I need to get my *** going on putting it back together.
Well since you’re already wrenching..come do an oil change on the Grom.

What is it with you guys not changing oil in the Fall? I have always been told that storing a bike, or any vehicle for that matter, for the Winter with old oil isn’t good for it. Something about used oil being a bit acidic and eating away at the seals?

Meh 2 are 2 stroke so it is just gear and clutch oil and it really doesn't make much difference spring or fall on a 4 stroke lots of fearmongering no real proof of it being possible to damage anything.

Too busy riding until the temps and snow falls. By then I don't want to sit around in my cold garage doing stuff. Even now I'm waiting for it to warm up a bit so I can do some other maintenance but this friging winter doesn't want to leave. :cautious:

I'll have to add some kind of heat to the garage so I can get ahead on this stuff... one day.

I'm pretty happy with this: What did you do in your garage today..?

Awesome, I saw that and was thinking to buy it but something else came up will add it to my shopping list! Thx
It’s primarily localized heat, so for me I am generally standing in a certain area while working in my bike and one of these at high heat kept me pretty nice when it was around 3deg in my garage. By the time I was done working on my bike after a couple hours it was around 15deg in the garage andnicwas getting too warm.

I think it’s great for what it is.

It’s a Grom…doesn’t take itself too seriously and neither do I! 😬

Depends on how much it has rained... if the roads are clear of salt dust and general winter leftover crap, I'll likely show.
