Krokodile

first off name calling is against the rules...

riders are also leaches to society cause when you crash you drain the health care system

your logic is nonsense. are you high right now? lol

with your logic, anyone that goes to the hospital are leeches and drain the system, including yourself.

well by some peoples logic if you dont take care of yourself, eat fatty foods, smoke, risk your life for no reason like ride a motorcycle, play sports etc you are a leach if you get hurt and the rest of us have to pay.

^ lol oh man, if someone can compare an illegal activity to a legal one and say it's the same thing. go ahead, and make your parents proud. Dohhh is probably what they said when you were born. lol

Wow. **** this I'm sticking to good old crack.

Actually, quiet ol' me was gonna chime in with a "looks like a few people in here need to roll a fatty and pass the dutchie" comment.

Like usual.

Your lying, unless your a sociopath....in which case you would be equally unwanted by society.

what makes you sit there and decide that i am lying ? you dont know me

if i had any family member that was a junkie, then i would disown them, and not have a care what happens to them. that doesnt make me a sociopath.

if anyone that i know crosses a certain line that " I " deem too far, then i will do the same. murderer/junkie/molester/liberal whatever....

see, the beauty of this is that each person can set their own limits. to me, a junkie is an absolute waste of a life. and i dont want people like that in my life Maybe you dont think that, and thats ok.

maybe you think a homosexual person is disgusting, again, thats your choice if you choose to believe in that. its not up for everyone to say you're right or wrong. its YOUR decision to make, and you're the one who has to live with it.

i have zero problems cutting people out of my life that i deem to be not worth the effort.

More so like necrotizing fasciitis, a very severe case of cellulitis came to mind as well.
Not sure why they didn't amuptate... That arm needed to come off. Same as that guy's fore-arm, that was so infected it definately was causing systemic issues.

I guess everything is tougher in Russia, even the street drugs.

Thought u were a medic, ie. dealing with trauma and emergency, not a pathologist

I'm socked they did not use anasthetics though. I would have begged to be shot

to me personally ?

alcoholics and mentally ill people- amusement.

Have u taken a trip to the madhouse?

I believe it gives you a taste of hell

So that is why cbr took gaymanloveisok off his friend's list.

riders buy bikes. money spent contribute to the economy. allow bike companies to continue to stay afloat, create jobs and etc.

junkies are leeches of society. if u don't know the difference u are a dumbass.

lol

Yup, our primary responsibility as human organisms is to consume. Thank you Dubya.

Trauma is part of the job... We also deal with regular sick people stuff so we are trained in skin/tissue issues like this. Very broad spectrum of work. My mom is an ER nurse of 25 years and we are at or slightly above her level of care in some ways. Kind of odd following a similar career to a parent and going from the one asking all the questions to the one answering them sometimes... But her years of experience keep me asking her opinions.

And yeah, none of us understood why there wasn't some form of pain killer used... Our guess was "It's Russia"
Chances are, typical morphine just wouldn't even effect these people any more since their bodies would have built up a natural resistance... Like a long term pot smoker or an alcoholic.

And for those arguing about letting these people die... They most likely will. Exposed bone is porous and is a gate way for infections, and all the other signs show to the entire body now fighting the tissue damage and infection, most likely will not win the fight.

Junkies also contribute to an economy. Granted, a lot of tax is dodged, but a whole bunch still gets paid into the system when the dealers buy everyday items, cars, houses, etc. Dealer systems are a lot like corporations - the only different is that they're illegal. And who knows, maybe that drug dealer has a bunch of kids. The average cost to raise a kid these days (until 18 & not including post-secondary education) is around 200k. So basically, junkies are just another customer to a business.

Not that I agree with junkies. I'm just saying that there isn't as extreme of a difference as you seem to think...
