Beer has no fat in it whatsoever
Lots of carbs & energy. All those get coverted to fat if you're not careful

Kd has a special place in everyones heart.
We all know its not healty nor its advertised as it is.
But that visceral feeling of just gorging into that oblivion of high fat and carb is addicting.
Some guys have two boxes per meal and load it up with a ton of butter and milk.
With the single parent child numbers just skyrocketing in Canada. You can expect the kraft company will be making profit for decades to come.
And with the upcoming new generation of kids raised on kd, mcds, and abysmal parenting you know this country will be taken over by the east.

My usual KD meal is a whole box, with a can of tuna mixed into it.
I think a whole box used to be bigger than it is now.
Also, dice up some jalapenos and some bacon and mix it in with the KD.
Yup, you're definitely right about the downsizing. That hot KD, that I mentioned previously, has even less in the box and costs more than the regular stuff.
