KLR650 in Toronto?

The KLR hasn't been updated in roughly a million years! :D

I would save some money and buy an older one, the only problem is these bikes usually have high mileage on them as they are made for adventure!

my 07 has 20k,thats not alot is it ?

Actually, a new one (2014+) may be worth buying to save you time and money in upgrading the suspension. Post 2014 models have revised springs and dampening that will make a stock KLR more capable off-road and more stable on road for north american sized riders. Search for 2014 new edition reviews, there are plenty of them out now.

My 98 was sold at 91000km, still running good. The engine was never opened up, and the doohickey never upgraded.

Get a KTM
KLR is too heavy and bulky for any trail or dirt riding
Only good on gravel roads

Can someone explain the "doohickey" thing to the KLR650 uninitiated?

You're coming off my Christmas card list

when mine was opened up the spring was broken but the doohickey was in tact, replaced with and eagle mike product.
