edit - random body of water seemed ambiguous so the hint is that it can be found between the same roads as the last one, wellington road 7 and elmira rd/line 86

Close enough, haha...my shot was actually the bend before the approach to the dam that intersects with 4th line so my shot is facing west. I also had pictures where you took the shot just in case though. Yep, it was at Conestogo Lake/Dam.
 
lol, I rode up and down that dam looking for that shrub that's behind the guardrail in your pic but couldn't find it.

Never thought about the back!

I just figured University side was the Front and that's where flag poles would usually be.
