right on, no more 1 tire/track day anymore :) The CBR is surprisingly stiff suspension as well for the track, but when your zipping around a corner, i.e. the last left-right at TMP with that big bump in it, it handles major road imperfections like a dream. Good luck with it on Saturday!

My shock came back in the mail today. Got it back in. The bike feels way more stiff now, which is great. We'll see how it goes at TMP this weekend. If there's no major tire shaggage, I'll be happy.

Yeah, I think in the last few years they started putting stiffer springs in stock sport bike suspension. Took them long enough!
 
Anyone have any interest in next Thursday at tmp? I'm not sure yet just putting out a feeler...

I've chosen the 14th instead of 19th, but I already booked the 26th off work, so I'm good for that one at GBM.

Dave is it just you going to TMP on Saturday/14? I'll be in London Saturday morning but how late do you guys race till?

Might try to watch one of these weekends?

No man, me, Dean, Michelle, Steve and Dan are all going :) We don't race, we develop our riding skills. LOL The track sessions run from 9am to 5pm.
 
Too bad you'll be in London in the morning Jer... was thinking about heading down to TMP with my camera in hand to get some pics in the morning... would probably head home around 1pm or so to start getting ready for the road trip to the Dragon...
 
Sorry buddy. Have a party Friday night there and will be crashing there :)

Bahahaha.What a crew! It would be fun to do a day or two with you folks.Some of you are already signed up for GB August 25/26 with the DOCC.Let me know if you want in,and i'll do the invite thing. :)
 
Hello Dan

In the past it has taken Thunderstorms to stop the Motorcycle Lapping date
and all decsions about the day are made at the time of extensive rain and
thunderstorms.
The roadcourse runs rain or shine in all cases except extreme weather.

That the email from tmp. Rain tires it is. This is gonna be fun. ;)

Told ya they're a good bunch of guys... you should really come out with us some time instead of just sticking with the DOCC guys...
