Charge them? I wouldn't be surprised if the store owner and his wife served time and were then sued by the robbers. Our government is after us, not the criminals!

I agree, but sometimes the people making up these laws for self defense go too far on the side of the citizen too, "stand your ground" really sticks out in my mind.....
