It was mid season (July/Aug) for at least two incidents. One, I was near the intersection on Bay and Front and the trailer was heading west on Front st. The other time, around the same area and saw the trailer going south on Bay.
A more recent incident was later on the season in Oct of last year along Dundas and Bay... wasn't as many bikes, maybe 3 or 4 during that time.
