I'm thinking it's going to be way, way, way too expensive.
Probably, best to take a fraction of the money you'll save by not biking, and use it on some driving lessons.
You're much better off not getting tickets in the first place, rather than fighting them after the fact.
That'll pay dividends for many years down the road.
If you want to make if more fun, go to shifters or the like and learn to drive stick.
