It probably says the same thing that christianity would say about it before the bible and the whole religion of christianity was re written by man.
Christianity, judaism, islam are all the same religion . They both teach belief in "one GOD"
Whatever changes you perceive is
A. Man made changes
B. Changes made by media to divide and conquer, you have to remember that peace does not make money and a united mankind under one belief is a threat to world powers

They're all ice cream for the masses, and all based on the same original recipe, the same original God. Just the specific flavours and cones used vary according to regional tastes even within the many given Christian streams and their lesser sects, within the given Muslim streams and their lesser sects, and within given Jewish streams and their lesser sects.
Google "People of the Book" for more background. They all base their foundations on the same sequence of original events.
