Guy in the car would have more difficulty pulling over to the side and doing that with all the bikers floating around, wouldn't you say?
There's a lot more to this situation then's been edited onto the video, don't you think?

I'm not sure whether he made a driving error or they were playing games on the highway and he was in the way, to get the situation escalating?

Yeah right bro... That guy in the car would of had his head stomped in. Simple as that
 
I would just follow him till he stops and beat the **** out of him......
