I want a new bike

Hi,
time to get something new - but I have no idea what, too many choices at the first look, but dig deeper - and nothing.
May be somebody can advice something.

I need a new (one, two y.o) bike.
It will not be a sport bike, I need straight seating position.
It will not be a Harley - I want to try something new.
It will not be Japanese - hard to explain.
It must be good looking one, this is important
It should not be a heavy one, 200 kg max.
I ride a lot. It must be comfortable. Ride to work every day, out of the town weekends.
No need for a litre engine, better be better handling on city streets.
Comfortable seat for a passenger with back rest/trunk on the back.
Forgot to mention - ABS is the must.

What could it be?

What type of riding do you do/want to do? Excepting the weight criteria: BMW makes several bikes that fit your posted criteria, the Ducati Multistrada does as well.

A very fine choice indeed. I took one for a test drive and scared the crap out of myself while grinning ear to ear the whole time. And I don't think I ever got past 3rd gear!
