I saw you ( speed trap version)

The "official" line from cops when asked about people flashing highbeams, or tapping their roof, or whatever to warn people about speed traps is that the purpose of speed traps is not to make money, but to get people to slow down. Tipoffs about speed traps still get people to slow down, so the speed trap is still achieving its intended goal.

That's the "official" line.

Northbound on Millwood approaching Overlea. On good days you'll find Toronto's finest hiding behind the trees of Leaside park with handy radar.

Google map street view that stretch of road and you'll see him.

I got a good one. Queen street in Brampton, about 500 metres east of Kennedy. A sneaky cop sits in a unmarked car at a DEALERSHIP DRIVEWAY. It blends in so well with the cars for sale on the lot. Its a 50 zone and quite a wide road so don't get pinched.

For anyone who really cares they (usually a she, I swear it's the same cop every time) sit on the north side of queen, east of Kennedy. She faces east and only gets west driving drivers.

Wow, I live 5 minutes from the area, and in the 14 years that I have lived there, I have never seen this one. Scary.

Green lane and Harry Walker just off the 404 in Newmarket, a little ways out for most of you but it's a long stretch of road and I've seen a few cruisers just sitting there parked behind industrial buildings.
