I made the same decision of not going with the 250 everyone pushed me to start with, i love hearing peoples advice but for some reason i never go with what im told lol...i love my zx6r and dont regret purchasing her actually kinda gad i didnt buy a 250 cause knowing myself probably would of got bored of it the first month of riding it... just respect your bike and keep and eye out for all the ignorant drivers youll be fine.

I think it is rather funny how you say you don't ride like an ***hat, but you drive a 335i (stereotypically drive by ***hats). Also find it funny that you now also realize that cars are "slow as ****", because I can't really see how else you could have arrived at that determination without riding the the bike like an ***hat: going way faster than any posted speed-limit, or accelerating way faster than would have ever been called for.

Just saying. Just teasing. Just funny thinking about it. Congrats on the bike. Be safe. Watch the for the other guy.
 
Best advice is take a motorcycle course
