How to properly store my bike for winter?

So I have a set of bike stand and I am missing a bolt on the "front stand" reference for image below, can anyone know I can buy the screw/bolt for it? or do i just get some regular one that fits from Canadian Tire?

They sell all kinds of bolts at Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Brafasco, etc.

this is my first winter storing my new bike. I live in a condo and park my bike in the underground (3rd floor) garage, do you think I need to put simple plywood under the tires to prevent them from getting these flat spots? or is it necessary??

If you have that opportunity, then do it. If not - no sweat, nothing is going to happen to your tires. Worst case, roll the bike a bit forward/backward once in a blue moon.
