How should I handle this odd situation?

No, it wasn't a turn signal. It's one of the first things I checked once I heard the guy yelling and thought to myself "Is he yelling at me?" Then I thought "Did I cut this guy off?" but I had been stopped and waiting at the light by myself for a good 5-7 seconds before any cars pulled up. For the life of me I can't figure out what this guy's issue is but if it happens again I'll try to be more observant of the situation.

He's an angry old white guy. He will drive home and write a letter to the editor in the local shopping news complaining about motorcycles, roads that need repaving and widening, and his tax dollars being wasted.

Roads do need repaving... badly.

I dunno man. I personally had an issue with a rider way back about 10 yrs ago in my old neighborhood. A-hole was always going very fast weaving in and out between cars and done it to me on more than one occasion. The icing was when he would rev his bike real loud at 1am and 2am going up and down the street while I had to get up at 5am. Of course all I remember was a black bike black helmet and a specific skin color of a thin short dude, that was all. Got tired of it one night and asked him if he can be a little more courteous since everyone was trying to sleep at this time of night. I got a loud F U and the middle finger and really really annoying high revs. Was young and foolish myself but my girl wouldn't let me go down. Days later I ignorantly block the bike at a red light in front of my building downstairs and get out to confront the rider only for a girl to remove her helmet and repeatedly say "oh *** sorry sorry...sorry" (she did some weaving too) I was extremely apologetic and embarrassed.

Point is OP, the man could very well be mistaking you for another rider. Depending how angry or vengeful he may feel it may be wise to
change timing, bike/car, or route to avoid being "accidently" rear ended.

Many already gave good advice with some chuckles so good luck bud.

@Dricked: No, this guy turned at the next street north of the lights so I wasn't blocking him from turning.

@JFD: this guy must have dementia because that sign is only for hot chicks! I don't want old guys honking at me!

I drove my Jeep to work today. It has a 4" lift, 33" tires, and plate steel armour on all 4 sides. Try honking and screaming at me now old man! LOL!

Get the loudest air-horn possible, leave a couple minutes late in your jeep with the air-horn equipped... I won't say the rest because I might be held liable, lol.
