How many of you take your bike to redline?

Baby wheeeelllieeeesss!!!!!!!!!!

...but seriously, no. While I have done it, I rarely do because any gear is 50 over (unless it's 1st gear on the highway but wtf why would I be in 1st gear).

My bike makes more HP at the factory redline (13750rpm) than the stock bike makes PEAK (11900rpm) and still makes useable power until 14250rpm (where I have the limiter set in the above video, the stock gauge lies by approx 500rpm). After 14500rpm the power drops off steeply.

My r1 makes peak tq at 12.5 so that's where I shift.
Peak hp is useless any higher then peak tq.

To each their own. Do you not like the sound of Twins, or just 250s?

That kawi parallel twin is especially bad. Sounds horrible. The honda single 250 can sound decent, I heard one once that was quite pleasing. Nothing to write home about, anyway.

You guys are ignorant, this is how you redline a bike:

You're out of luck! Kawasakis don't tolerate readline well.

I redline mines all the time at Timmies.
Plus when there's lots of people around

The Honda is a lawnmower. My mower is a 250 single. The stock cans are quiet on the Kawa, but most pipes fix that.
