Just wanted to know how long your commute to work is.

I commute about 56 KM to work on my Ninja 250r.

I wish it was a little longer :)

90 min? 3 hours sometimes? Ouch. You need to change up your route.

im lucky in that i 'drive for work'. Im a field tech at a school board and take care of schools all across haldimand and norfolk. I can do upwards ot 200km in a day if the work orders come in right ;-)

180km round trip from Orangeville to TO. Best part is I can take The Forks on my way home every afternoon. Occasionally, I take a different route and ride through Hockley Valley. A great way to let the pressures of the day escape before I arrive home.

You ppl have some interesting drives to get to work, I have Hamilton to Burlington, 7 miniutes to get there and sometimes an hour and a half to get home.

When I used to work for 'the man' (now self employed) i would commute on my bike most days. 82km each way. I worked afternoon's so i really did not hit any traffic most of the time.

I live in Barrie, and I go anywhere in Ontario. Mostly GTA with my days ending in south Pickering. I do 3-500kms a day typically when staying in the GTA. Did 3 trips to Thunder Bay in July and August. ~3.000kms in 4 days was not so much fun.

45 minutes, door to door, on the way to work. But I can take several different roads to extend it to an hour to an hour and a half on the way home. Problem is, the bike sits at work for 5-6 days each week while I'm marauding about the Interstates in my big jeezus truck, so I don't put a lot of miles on the bike nowadays.

126 kms round trip - Newmarket to the Airport everyday! I take the highway in the morning to get to the gym quickly (plus no traffic on the 400 at 5 AM) but take my time on the way home. Sometimes over an hour an a half but it's all curvy back roads.

I'm doing Kitchener to milton in the next couple weeks. I will be on my CBR till it snows :D

25 min/32km from downtown to Mississauga on my busa. I wish it was shorter to avoid losing my license.

If I'm working from home, it's the walk from my bedroom to the office (~10 feet).
If I'm in the office, it's a 26km (one-way) trip... 45 min to 1 hr... that average will likely go up now that summer is over.
If I'm visiting customers, I can easily put 50km to 500km in a day. My job takes me anywhere from London (to the west), Belleville (to the east), and Sudbury (to the north).

Roll out of bed.....of course that's optional given the big laptop now :D

Northern office is coveniently on some chairs parked outside the Shed. Free wifi, great coffee, cute girls, ....too bad it's cold now - the 30+ weather made for a lot of eye candy.

8 mins commute when I had a motorcycle...work is like 3 blocks where I live.
15 mins by bus
45 mins by walking

30 seconds. I live next door to my job.

When I lived in Barrie and commuted to Pearson Airport it was an hour on a good day and 2 1/2 on a bad. 2 1/2 hours weren't on the bike though, it was winter stuck behind snow plows, or winter storms. However, I also was out the door at 5:45am.

Newmarket to Aurora....6 minutes average
