No....you want to go as slow as possible so the rotation of the earth catches up and you actually end up going backwards in time.

Why don't you go at the prevailing speed? That's always a good idea plus you tend not to stick out like a sore thumb for Monsieur Radar Man.

absolutely. Most police vehicles struggle to maintain 200kph so the safest speed is around 250kph. Anything less than that and you're just asking for a ticket.
