No, because the camera evidence cannot prove it was YOU driving the vehicle, therefore they can't attach it to your driver's license.

No, bikes are not immune. I got one downtown on my bike in 2004.

its at don mills / finch. i dont think there's a sign like that.

No "no right turn on red" sign at all. Only a red light camera warning sign.

The camera will not fire if you stop before the stop bar and then make a right turn. The camera also notes the vehicle speed when the camera was activated; it is printed on the ticket. That way it is fairly easy to determine if the vehicle came to a stop before proceeding.

I've seen 3 cars blow that red light while turning right at Don Mills and Finch, didn't trigger the camera, no flash went off. I've also seen people get caught by the same camera at least 10 times.

Do they only activate it sometimes? Or should it always be on?
