High school acquaintance 'turning bad'

Early childhood friend (close friend pre-kindergarden) was convicted of murder when I was still in high school. The irony/sad part was his mother sent him to a different grade school because the school in our area (my grade school) was open concept and had a bad reputation (and was not good enough for her children).

By grade 8 he was running with a bad crowd (from the "better" school), doing and selling drugs, he dropped out of high school, became a male prostitute and eventually stabbed someone (likely a john, I don't know for sure) to death. No one from my grade school reached such heights...

Edit, another guy I went to high school with, that I actually hung-out with in school was charged with murder a year or so ago. His nickname in school was "the dirty one" who would have thought....

Many of you may recall this story (it's still an entertaining clip):

It's the one where the Toronto optician Adam Plimmer was trying to assault CityNews reporter Peter Silverman from around 2007. I went to high school with Plimmer. Seemed okay 20 years ago. Something seemed to have gone screwy though. A shame. But it did supply me with some entertainment.

That was awsome. I like this thread, keep them coming peeps. Sorry I don't have any interesting stories....Eventhough I grew up in the ghetto, I lived a boring life.
