High Rises and Wind

We had a 16th floor apartment flood because of a weird wind before. The rain was hitting the building sideways and came in right under the walls.

I think it might actually be the opposite cause I remember when we had that mini "earthquake" in Toronto the only people that I remember reporting feeling it were in high rises.

Was that the one in Ottawa? I was in a basement at Pearson and I felt it. At first I thought I was having a medical emergency until I saw the office fish tank splashing around. I should've asked the tower controllers how that felt for them.
