Synthetic can go twice the distance ....7k km is fine for synthetic

I don't use rotella, but isn't the rotella T the dino oil, and t6 the synthetic?

Known as Rotella T4 now...is dino. Used to be called Triple, not to be confused with T3. T6 Synthetic, T5 blend.

The regular non-synthetic Rotella has historically been 15w40 (Standard viscosity used for heavy-duty oil i.e. historical diesel engines), the synthetic or synthetic blends have historically been 5w40 or 0w40.
