Her Diary / His Diary

Older than water, but still pretty funny.

Oh come on, we are not that dramatic and you guys should definitely do a better job explaining yourselves.

I remember when I first saw this, showed this to a couple of my friends and we all died laughing cause it's something I would actually do. LOL

If you are using this diary as an example...she said what's wrong did she do something wrong? He said nothing and it has nothing to do with her...what else needs to be explained?

You are that dramatic. Have you ever heard of a guy crying for no reason (that didn't have a chemical imbalance)?
We explain all the info that's needed. If he couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start, then his wife/girlfriend probably couldn't either. As such he'd be giving her useless info.

Actually a lot of you are.

Well said. Listening to terrible suggestions from the missus would just irritate him further.

LMAO!

I probably couldn't get 5 minutes into explaining a technical issue to a girl before she gets distracted and/or bored with the topic at hand.... better off just not explaining it at all

Lmao! Pretty funny and somewhat true but I think her dramatic reaction has more to do with lack of communication then over reacting. She should just have free reign access to his diary - problem solved.

*cough*control freak*cough*

It kind of reminds me of this one: http://www.goodeatsfanpage.com/humor/otherhumor/dog_cat_diary.htm - the guy being the dog and the girl being the cat ofcourse.

i agree with u on this , if he ever told her that his bike isnt starting and he is ****** because he cant fix it and gotto take it to bike shop where his bike will be there for 2 weeks to get fixed , so he wont be riding for a while , she might try to understand and put a sexy dress at night so he can ride her and be happy . the problem is he shut himself off from her and everything else makes him look like a little kid who's toy is taken from him ...

maybe she should go with someone who is better at communication in relationship ...

wait!. its a joke and im taking it too serious :) ...sorry in a nerd mood this morning

Every time a woman uses the word 'communication', a puppy dies.

You guys have had experienced some dramatic girls? lol!

Ok, if I were the wife, "I" wouldn't expect "you" to explain the details of the technical issues. BUT, "you" could have told "me" that, you are worried about/pre-occupied by a problem of your motocycle. problem solved. both ppl would be happy cuz "I" probably couldn't care less about "your" motorcycle and it would shut "me" up right away.

Plus, these two ppl are a couple, the communication shouldnt be as minimal as if you are dealing with a stranger. And I'm damn sure you guys talk A LOT with your mechanics, even on non-bike related topics...e.g. baseball games or hot chicks...etc etc etc... lol! So, talk to your girls a bit more as well... and don't keep your mouth shut just because we may not be able to help or understand.

am I right, am I right, or am I right?:D

And ya I reserve my right to take this action in case the "communication" doesn't work out well. High five WestEnd! :D

I think you are right - what I found out personally is that I often assume that my wife knows what occupies my mind at the moment. I assume it for different reasons but mainly: "I was going to tell you, thought I told you and forgot that I did not tell you". And this leads to miscommunication and not happy wife. And as everyone knows: happy wife=happy life :D
So now even if I have no clue what's wrong with bike/car/lawnmower/work/whatever else - I just tell her high level summary (executive summary if you wish) and she is totally cool with it.

So you're saying he shouldn't have the freedom to be distracted or have private thoughts? She was overreacting, when a guy asks what's wrong and a woman says 'nothing, I'm fine' then the guy either assumes she's telling the truth, or knows she's lying, but, also knows it's not worth the trouble to find out what the problem is and goes on about his way.

Reminds me of this one:
